- If you receive a product that is damaged contact our Customer Support Team at support@denimtearshoods.com immediately after receiving the damaged item.
- Provide relevant details about the order, including the order number and a description or images of the damage.
- After verifying the issue, we will process the refund for the product’s purchase price (excluding the shipping fee of $30 USD) within 5-7 business days after approval.
Please note that the shipping charges incurred for the initial delivery will not be refunded, and a flat shipping fee of $30 will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Missing Products: If any items from your order are missing, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure you receive the missing item.
3. Restocking Fee: In certain cases, you may be eligible for a refund on products other than damaged items. If you choose to return a product for reasons other than damage, a restocking fee of 7.99% will apply to the refund amount. This fee covers handling, processing, and restocking costs associated with the return.
4. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our refund process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).
5. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that items purchased from our store, other than those mentioned in the “Refunds” section above, are non-refundable. This includes items that do not meet your expectations or do not fit as desired.
